Forgotten Passwords

Students – Students will need to ask their teacher or technology department to retrieve or change their logon information from the CW Publications Online Admin Portal.

Admins/Teacher – Navigate to https://www.cwpubonline.com/teacher-login.asp? and click the “Forget your info?” link. You will be asked to enter your email address and your credentials will arrive in your inbox.

Unable To See The Full Simulation

If part of the simulation is cut off, you will need to run the simulation in full screen mode.

Mac – Command + Shift + F
Windows – F11
Chromebook – Full screen key

Still having issues? Try setting your browser zoom to 90%.

Students Receive Error Stating That OYO Is Unavailable

Under the School link in the Admin Portal click the pencil to edit your school settings and make sure you have the logon hours set correctly. Remember that the logon hours are set to the server time which is CST and you will need to adjust the times accordingly.
