Let your students decide who should be fired.
Jason, the owner and general manager of a coffeehouse, has a new business opportunity in an up-and-coming part of the city. Unfortunately, in order to make it work, he’ll need to let a member of his current staff go. He has narrowed down his choice to six young people who each have their flaws but who also contribute to the team in a unique way.
Your students will watch each short conversation to determine how these flaws might affect the team. Along with each conversation, the program provides job description information and an evaluation form your students will use to rate each of the six employees. Then it will be up to your students to decide who they think should be fired.
